The ice is getting better throughout the region with our cold temps but still not snow to speak of. The people who are going out are catching some fish on area lakes. Check out our cabin openings, we just had a couple weeks open in July in Unit 1!

Welcome to Quietwoods Resort Blog Site. Quietwoods is located in a nice bay on the Northwest end of Ten Mile Lake. Ten Mile Lake is between Walker and Hackensack and is a clean,clear, spring fed 5000 Acre big fish producer.
Quietwoods offers nightly camping, seasonal camping and three rental cabins. All this is situated on 900 feet of shoreline amongst mature pines and hardwoods. Boat Launch on site, docks, swimming beach, rec. room, volley ball, horseshoes, playground, Lund boats, canoes, kayaks, outboard motors available. 218 675 6240

Seasonal Camping

Quietwoods Resort has seasonal camping openings for the 2011 Season.
This is LAKESIDE RV camping at it's best. Level spacious sites are available for your RV/Camper. Picnic table provided. The sites are grass covered and a fire pit is available for camp fires. Water and electric (30 Amp) at each site. Central Dump Station and bathroom/shower building available. Dock space is available for your boat or pontoon. Limited number of full hook up sites available in 2011. The seasonal rate for 2011 is $2375. Our camping season runs from May-Oct. Unit 2 is a brand new lake home that will take your breath away. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 and half baths, a washer and dryer, beautiful lakeviews, fireplace and log accents. It rents for 1515.00/week.

Unit 3 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit.
It has 1 double bed, 1 queen bed and a sleeper futon.
